The Solaris Project is a 32,085 m² plot adjacent to Obor Square, one of Bucharest’s main transport hubs and residential areas. It sits within a former industrial zone that is currently being redeveloped for residential and commercial use.

The area has good public transport with several bus lines and railway in the close vicinity. Mains water, gas, electricity and sewerage available in the area.

The plot is located in the northern outskirts of Bucharest.

The plot is approximately 100,000 m² in size and has the possibility of future development for residential or commercial use. There is a highway under construction in the close neighborhood of the project.
